Paul Riley - took over the contract to complete the
management of the refurbishment of the mill in
Lacapelle Livron, Caylus- days after I parted company
with
the architect overseeing the works.
Therefore the start up was a complicated beginning.
To his credit from day one, Paul took the reins and
made the impossible happen - tradesmen estimates
arrived and a schedule of works appeared.
Communication and attention to detail are his
strengths - I live in London and although I made
frequent visits to the site - his daily emails and
plentiful telephone conversations made me feel that I
could not have a better man "on the ground".
