Services in detail
- To facilitate the
purchase of the property or land.
- To
consult with you the client, become fully aware of your
requirements and preferences.
Generate ideas for the renovation of the habitation and
materials to be used, this includes budget requirements,
design and type of swimming pool.
- Prepare initial
estimation guide of renovation costs
before or after you have bought the house, this is
based on prices obtained from previous projects.

To prepare
plans and detailed estimates for the renovation or building of the house.

To
secure any required building permits for the renovation of the house.

To
appoint, negotiate with, and supervise licensed and insured local
contractors for the
building works.
- To
report regularly on the progress of the building works and to provide
details of costs
incurred. This can be varied to suit the client.
- To
refer any major decisions involving changes to previous agreements or
existing
specifications for review and approval of the client.
- To
make daily decisions on-site consistent with the overall specification and
using my
own best professional judgement.
- We
also offer the service of preparing a total cost of the renovation after
consultation with
the client, supervising this work and presenting the finished
project to the client within the
budget agreed upon. This format leaves the client free of any decisions
from the start until
the completion of the project.
