Where do we work?

  A New House

    Here is an example of a new house project. This was
    truly a start from scratch endeavour as before we could
    even begin the land had to be acquired.

Once the land was located, planning permission had to be obtained, first in outline and
then in detail. (Note that in France there are two levels of planning consent required; the
local via the Marie and regional from the Prefecture.)

 For this house I took particular care with the environmental aspects.
 The house was sited to  gain maximum benefit from natural sunlight both
 by its orientation and by the roof el
 Geothermal heating was used via under floor radiant heating. Insulation, naturally,
 was of the highest specification.

    The result has been an extremely comfortable
    house that is also very economical to run.
