Where do we
work?

Fees 2007
Due
to the nature of the projects and their complexity I am only
able to give a guide as to my fees. In all cases I will endeavour
to give you an accurate as possible estimate prior to
commencing
any work.

If you
wish to use me purely for advice then I shall charge by the hour, at
present 40€/hour.

To find a
house to fit your requirements, to assist in the negotiations for the
price and also to arrange for the signing or to sign on your behalf with
the Notaire I would charge between 3-4% of the total purchase price.

Preparation of the trade specifications with all current laws and
regulations attached. This involves visiting the site with the trades so
as to answer any questions in their devis preparation, checking their
quotes and presenting the same with my recommendations to you the client. I only use licensed, qualified and insured personnel
with a proven track record.
This charge would be based on my hourly
rate and basically depends on the size of
the project and the number of
visits to the site.
I always expect that you the client will in effect save well in excess of my
charge, due to the savings that I would create for you in the choice of the
tradesmen used, and in the knowledge of where to find the materials required
for your renovation |
